Excellent skiing holiday hotel
This is our third year staying at this excellent, friendly family run hotel. It is very conveniently located opposite the Tovets chairlift which takes you up to Courchevel 1850 within a few minutes. The size and quality of the rooms is fine and the food (breakfast and dinner) is excellent. Overall we highly recommend it.

After asking what had happened and expressing frustration, we waited for 2.5 hours until finally the owner showed up at the hotel. He was extremely rude to me and even insulting. His excuse was that the verbal guarantees given over the phone and in person that morning were not binding because "words can be ambiguous". I am disgusted by ...Read more
