Top Local Tips for Courchevel

Shop around Unnecessarily expensive if you are not careful where you eat, you could easily spend 40+ euros and Piggys charges 12 euros a pint!! Brilliant pizzas for around 13 euros at Le Passage in the Forum. Courchevel doesn't cater for veggies.

Parking Don't park in the underground car parks (which charge around 15 euro a day) Instead, park down at 1650, 1550 or 1300 in the public car parks and get the free bus back up. Be aware, however, that the car parks are cleared of snow periodically - in which case you need to move your car before 7am - so keep a check - otherwise you're car will be towed away. Notices are posted the evening before clearance takes place. If parking in Le Praz (1300) - the telecabin links 1300 with 1850 so it's really not a problem to check on your car each evening.
