We stayed at the Panoramic at half term, the place has an un-loved and bare feel about the place, it also is very short of staff, getting drinks from the bar, depended on the receptionist not having other duties! The food was very basic, and the fondue night should be missed, unless you like hot cheese, and nothing else! The rooms were basic, no soft touches in the decoration or fitting department, just a bed and a television on the wall, lighting was very poor as was the entry to the hotel, which was blocked by cars most of the time, the price at half term was too much for this hotel at over £150 per night, for this price you expect a little bit of class for your three stars!!
