Nicest atmosphere
In July 2008, we spent two delightful weeks in the Hotel Beausoleil. This hotel offers much more that one can expect from a two-stars accommodation. The hotel atmosphere is cosy and bedrooms, although small, are nice and clean. A beautiful and large garden, plus several terraces, are available outside. The quiet village of La Lavancher is located in a somewhat elevated plain, away from the Chamonix crowds. The Aiguilles of Chamonix dominate a scenery in which you can find, around the hotel, nice and easy walks. The owners, the family Bonnessey, are very friendly and helpful. Half board is highly recommended.
