great location for beach and La Croisette
We stayed for 5 days at the height of the Summer season. We found the staff, especially at the bar, very friendly and helpful. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but the bar food was good. The breakfasts at the hotel were expensive, so if it's not included in your package deal, then we recommend eating at one of the many pavement cafes. We particularly recommend the cafe in Rue d'Oran. Turn right out of the hotel and then left into the Rue d'Antibes. Rue d'Oran is the second street on the right and the little cafe is on the left as you turn into the street. The beach was the best thing about the holiday. Lovely soft sand, and the sea was fantastically warm and clear. We also recommend, as a day trip, to take the ferry from the Old Port to the island Ste Marguerite (where the man in the iron mask was imprisoned).
We would definitely go back!
