Watch the stairs !!!
We had a dreadful stay here last weekend. We were woken at seven by noise from hotel staff below so my husband got up to go our for a walk. The stairs were dark and wet having been washed ( no sign to say so ) there was no hand rail on the stairs - he fell and badly cut his elbow - and is currently in bed with an infection arising from the injury. the hotel owners are never there and we could get no response to our complaints - they offered us no help apart form a small dressing and no compensation - I am currently contacting the prefecture in Bordeaux with a view to suing them for personal injury . Keep away is my advice ! Plus the lights in our rooms did not work we tald them and it took two days to fix one light bulb the others were left not working. There is only one good thing about this hotel - location .
