Staff at the hotel Le Cep do not smile, we arrived early, but their attitude was unwelcoming. The hotel is impressive and very beautifully furnished, our room was spacious but in need of a refurb.
The restaurant was a disaster, food was poorly presented, the sole was not available even at an early evening reservation, the sea bass was raw in the middle and the attitude to polite complaint was very uncompromising, living on past glories, I suggest this hotel need a firm hand and an experienced manager. |
