This little hotel was perfectly located. Room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Staff spoke English and was very helpful. A great value.

POOR service! Never go back!

Location, price and decor are all excellent! But service is unbelievably POOR! They cant fulfill your simple wish like borrowing a plate. I will never ever go back to this hotel. There are plenty of decent 2 star hotels in Avignon. I believe that the nice staff in tourist information centre muust be able to sort it out for you.

Good stay at Colbert

We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Colbert, very good price/quality. Hotel is well situated, few minutes walk from train station and Palais des Papes. Rooms with good bed, shower and air conditioning (most of 2 stars hotels in Avignon don't have air conditioning and you'll really need it in the summer). We'll definetly stay at Hotel Colbert again when we go back to Avignon!
