Small room, horrible service, good location.

This was the most expensive hotel room of our stay (30 Euros/night) and it was not worth the money at all. The room was small, the bathroom was antiquated. The bidet was unusable - no water pressure to speak of. The shower was full of mold. The worst thing was that the power to our outlets went out the first morning we were there and was not fixed for 3 days and nights. We couldn't use our computer, charge our phones, use a hairdryer, watch TV, nothing. And the owners and the people who were working at the desk didn't care, nor did they give us any money back for our inconvenience.

The room opened onto a VERY noisy street, too. Don't expect to sleep well here.

If you are staying in Arles, stay somewhere else. This was a waste of money.

Plan your trip very carefully Arles is no longer on the main north-south railway line. This means relatively few trains stop there. Get familiar with the bus services if you haven't got a car, and plan every journey meticulously. This goes for the whole of France but in particular, areas with a low population density. Make sure you know how you are going to get there - and get back again - before you set off anywhere. On Sundays it's probably best to plan to look around Arles - you will have difficulty getting anywhere at all. Don't forget by the way that it's just to the north of the Camargue - an enormous swamp. Mozzy repellant is a must.
