Owned by a very charming middle aged couple. The husband is a cheff and his wife goes to great lengths to make guests feel welcome and comfortable, exercising her English and wit to great effect. The food is exceptional. We make a point of stopping off for a night on the way back from Brittany. We have done so for three or four years now and look forward to doing so again this September (2009).

We picked the Cordelia for a birthday celebration on the basis of reviews we had seen - we were not disappointed. The hotel is very central for all the Paris sights, the room was clean and bigger than expected (given other remarks about the size of Paris Hotel rooms) and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. All in all very satisfied with our stay
