Straight away, I noticed that the overall quality of the hotel’s infrastructures were lower than advertised, without even mentioning the situation, much longer distance from the centre than advertised. But the real problem was that after checking in to the room I found out that the room was not properly cleaned (in particular, clearly visible dirty traces and even hairs in the beds). I reported this to the reception and they gave me another room. The problem is that in the other room there was exactly the same problem. Instead of fixing the problem, the receptionist told me that they don’t want to disturb the cleaners because they are already gone (it was around 2pm), instead they will call my agent and tell that they were not able to provide me with a room and I’ll be refunded.
