Excellent cost price hotel, with good service. Breakfast was satisfactory. Staff could not do enough for our war tours party.

Quality looks nice in web site, but... expecting to get service in Estonian in Estonia. Is it too much!!!!

They do have internet only in bar and restaurant. Restaurant is open whenever they please, mostly closed in the weekends without notice. Rooms are also cleaned whenever they please. Same counts for breakfast. In the meantime the same music is played over and over again as loud as possible.

Narva is a wonderful town - absolutely worth a visit see the castle, have a walk around the bastions, admire the river, visit Narva-Jõesuu, the art muuseum is surprisingly good for such a small town...... Eat at the Kings, have a cup of coffee in the small cafees on the side streets of Puskin
