The hotels website uses the words such as "exclusive, topmodern, good night sleep, cosy, good food, night club, etc..." Unfortunately we didn't experience any of them. "Exclusive" in this hotel means, that nothing is inclusive, you even have to pay to see the normal TV-programs! I've been to many, many hotels around the world and this was the first hotel where they charged for all TV programs. We had booked 3 rooms based on a half board, but were not told, that the restaurant would close at 8 pm. You cannot read that in their website and even in a paper handed to us was a later time. So we didn't get any dinner at the first night, but of course we still had to pay it. And no compensation the next day (lunch or picnic) was negotiable. Nevermind, the food was not even good when we finally got it the next evening. Wine was fine, because we could choose it. Immediately after finishing our dinner they came to bring our bill without asking if we would like to have some more wine, coffee etc. We had a feeling, that they just want us to leave as quickly as possible. Also the bar was supposed to stay open all the day long until 11 pm and we wanted to have drinks before dinner. The bar was of course closed, because the restaurant was open. Night club? Where was it? We didn' see any (except the bar, whic was again open after the dinner until 11 pm.) The rooms were stinky, they propably have a blight problem. My pillow was also stinking really bad, but there were no extra pillows available in the hotel! After the shower water stayed flowing in the bathroom floor and there was nothing to wipe it off. I asked the reception and they told me to know the problem and gave 2 extra towels to clean the floor (we had 3 rooms). If they know the problem, why don't they solve it? Why not even place some sweeper in every bathroom??? All in all I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It was the most expensive hotel during our Denmark trip and definetly the worst. The staff in the reception could have been nice and try to help us with the inconvenients, but they were really unfriendly.
