Top Local Tips for Kastrup

Copenhagen card Definitely do get one of those - you get free public transport, free/discounted access to plenty of places and comes with a handy booklet that gives you ideas what is there to see apart from the Little Mermaid. Do visit the tourist office (outside the train station) at the beginning of your trip - they have a lot of good brochures. Don't waste money on any of the following: Louis Tussauds, Ripley's and Guiness museums - I found them quite disappointing, especially the former two. Do have a hot-dog and do climb up the "Radhus" (town hall) tower (only accessible at noon) - there are 300 steps but the view is worth it. And if you dare, do try these sweets: "Lakerol - Salmiak" :-)

Biking We rented a bicycle for the day and had a lot of fun biking around Copenhagen. We saw a lot of the city this way.
