Very good hotel
We spent some days there and would like to point out that it is a quite good hotel comparing to some same class hotels in other big cities we were in.
We can say that the Savoy hotel is :
* A well situated hotel, about 500m from the main station and 10min from the town center.
* The staff was very friendly and helpfull
* Room was small,a little noisy sometimes depending on the neighbours, but confortable and well heated.
* Breakfast was ok (normal buffet)
* There is a locked luggage room where you can leave your bags.
Conclusion : people that wrote bad reviews about this hotel had certainly bad luck because we thought it was above average with a good price comparing to hotels in London for exemple.
We would definitly recommend it.

Not the worst but darn close
The size of the room was extremely small, even by European standards. The carpet was so dirty that my wife refused to walk on it in her bare feet. The bathroom was very small and the shower drain had no trap and allowed sewer gases backup into the bathroom. The only positive comment was that the rooms were off the street and quiet.

Great value
This hotel is not in the most elegant part of Copenhagen, but it is an easy walk from the Central Station or Tivoli Gardens. The rooms are small but clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast buffet (included) is excellent. All in all, this hotel gives very good value, and I will choose it for my next visit to Copenhagen.
