I called a friend in the hotel to talk to and your reception is very unpolite. It is a shame a very nice hotel unfreindly staff
I personally will never recommend anybody to visit your hotel.

Good location & Good Service
The Phoenix is in area close to the Amalieborg Palace, and the picturesque inlet of Nyhaven. Nyhaven has a great atmosphere with bars and restaurants. When the sun shines, there is no better place to relax in Copenhagen.
The little Mermaid statue can be reached by a pleasant waterside walk. Equally Stroget (the walking ,shopping street) is also just a few minutes walk away. The hotel has a nice ambience, with pleasant airy rooms, and a good bar and restaurant. The staff service was excellent, and couldn't have been more helpful.
