Great service, nice room, very good value.
Service was the best, beats 5 star hotels. Location is great. Spacious simple room with everything you need inc a fridge (no phone). We asked a quiet room, got a backroom that was full of light and very quiet. Breakfast is good with a nice selection and good coffee. Free wireless interenet and a pc room ( with a printer/copier) open 24 hours for free too. Had a minor shower problem, they thanked us for the info and fixed it immediately. There is no elevator, got help with our suitcases. Great value for the price.

Not reliable, not service minded
We booked three double rooms at hotel Nora, got confirmation by mail and expected everything to be all right. Two weeks later, and two weeks prior to our planned stay, we got an e-mail, informing us that the hotel is full, and that our booking had been canceled.
They did not advise us on alternative places to stay or offer any compensation what so ever. It was almost impossible to find new rooms elsewhere, so we ended up with rooms twice the price we could afford.
