I was disgusted when I can to your hotel! I went for a relaxing brake with my family and it turned in to world war 3! The hotel rooms were dirty and as for the food! It was the worst holiday I have ever been on and I am hoping I will never have to go there again. I think you should warn people of the horrible stay they would have if they stay in your horrible hotel!

Modern, good quality airport hotel

Stayed here for two nights. It is a short walk from Terminal 3 to this modern, stylish hotel. The front desk staff were consistently friendly and helpful with a genuine interest in your satisfaction. I was in a non exec room which was stylish and comfortable with modern decor and comfortable bed.
It is easy to take the train from the airport to the centre of town in about 10 minutes, so convenient location if you have spare time.
OK, one negative and one minor quibble: the room service menu is boring and limited. Good quality but genuinely uninspired. There is also a noise from the bathroom vent that sounds like you are in a wind tunnel. Not enough to keep you awake at night but a distraction none the less.
I would stay here again. The service felt like that if you had an issue with anything that they would be responsive and helpful which when you are a weary traveler is priceless.
It is easy to take the train from the airport to the centre of town in about 10 minutes, so convenient location if you have spare time.

One of the better Hiltons

As others have stated, this is one of the better Hiltons out there.
I was given a free upgrade to one of the executive rooms on the top floors. This was a very comfortable and clean room, with plently of special touches, such as chocolates, fruit, wine & water "on the house".
Room had both a bathtup and a nice shower.
The rooms have B&O TVs and stereos.
The club room on the 12th floor is very convenient, with free internet access (terminal + wireless) and access to a printer. If your rate does not include breakfast, you can get free b'fast from 7 AM on this floor. In the evening they have warm snacks as well (not much choice for vegetarians tho).
The views of the bridge over to Sweden and the airport are spectacular (both from room and club room).
The sport facilities are quite nice as well, though the pool was somewhat small and the steam-room was not operation.
Very easy, covered access to the airport + train station. One suggestion, in the mornings it gets very busy in the terminal building, so conducting a check-in the night before saves lots of time.
While there was no newspaper delivery to the room, there were plenty of copies for the taking in the lobby and club room.

Amazing hotel!

First impressions of this hotel were fantastic easy transport to the city,just catch a train from the airport to where ever you want.
The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and so on.

the health and fitness club was lovely and kept clean and well presented i would most certinatly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great Hotel

Very comfortable hotel and right inside Copenhagen airport. Rooms are very spacious and clean, facilities are great. Staff is amazingly friendly. I think this hotel is perfect if you have a 1 night layover in Copenhagen. Even for longer periods it may be a good idea because the train station is just across the street and gets you into Copenhagen center within 15 minutes. But i think late night service is slow. Taxis are grotesquely expensive in Copenhagen so dont even think about it. I got a good rate for this hotel, Euro 105 per night including tax and breakfast and i think it was well worth it.

I booked this online after reading other reviews on Trip Advisor. I've stayed in Hiltons before and have always found them to be very good. This one was great! It is just at the end of the terminal building at Copenhagen Airport. The staff were welcoming and helpful - they even offered us a map of the city and told us which trains to get (the train station is within the terminal building) without us even asking.
The hotel is clean, spacious, very Scandinavian in style but very comfortable and cosy. You would not even think it was next to the airport or train station as you could not hear any such noise.
The room was a good size, with lots of storage space, a good work area and a Bang & Olufsen tv. The bathroom was very spacious, with separate bath and shower, all fitted to a very high standard.
Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from and very helpful staff. On our last night we ate in the Hamlet Nordic Grill restaurant. the food was beautiful. I had pork with roasted bacon, chive and potato mash with honey roasted vegetables. Yum! I can also recommend the strawberry cheesecake with ice cream. We also made a friend called Stefan - he was the waiter. He was so friendly, attentive and obviously enjoyed his work and talking to the customers.
All in all we had a really great time. Everyone from restaurant staff, reception, chambermaids etc were so pleasant and friendly. It was also a great location for us as we wanted to go to both Copenhagen and Malmo.

Fine airport hotel

I stayed 3 nights at the Hilton Copenhagen for a business trip. The meetings were held at the hotel. I stayed on one of the concierge floors. Room was nicely sized, with a luxurious bathroom with both a tub and shower. Business associates staying in other rooms on non-concierge floors reported that the concierge room was bigger, but the bathrooms were similarly appointed, although with only one sink in the vanity. The bed was comfortable, there was a nice sized desk, and the room had wireless internet access for an additional fee.
I used the gym each day. It was well represented with new Precor treadmills, elliptical trainers and bicycles. There were a few weight machines as well. The steam room was out of commision during my stay, but the sauna worked fine. There is a pool as well. Another nice feature is that the gym is accessible 24 hours a day. Good for winding down at the end of a long day of meetings.
Hotel staff were friendly, efficient and willing to help.
The food was fine. I only ate at the main buffet style restaurant, but the offerings were tasty and consistent, if not very adventurous. There is a nice bar, and a restaurant offering a menu for dinner (which I did not try).
The hotel is a 3 minute walk from Terminal 3. There is a train station between the Terminal and the hotel, which is connected by a walkway if the weather is poor.
The train to Copenhagen Central Station, just across from Tivoli takes 20 minutes or so, and runs at least every 15-20 minutes. Round trip cost is 54 kroner, and tickets can be bought at the front desk.
I would think that this hotel wouldn't be a top choice of tourists, given the need to take a train into the city. However, it was a fine hotel, and would be suitable for a tourist if necessary.

Fantastic hotel, particularly considering that it is located at an airport (airport hotels are usually quite depressing).
My room was modern and spacious with luxurious Tv/ CD/ Stereo options. The gym provided excellent facilities.
I had breakfast in the executive lounge and enjoyed the sensational water views and sunny skies.
It was a very pleasant hotel experience indeed!

My wife and I spent two nights at this still-new Holton airport hotel late last month. We paid for what the property calls a "King Executive Plus" room. What we got for our US$300/night was a lovely room on the 10th floor with a great view of the airport. The room was by European standards, massive. Plenty of walking around room, a large desk with three work chairs, a recliner, a large-screen TV and a high-end CD-Radio combo. The best part of the room (at least in my wife's view) was the enormous bathroom with its separate glass shower and double vanity. The room was spotless, with wood floors that gleamed. The bed was - as at most European Hiltons - quite comfortable with two down-filled duvets in lieu of blankets.
The best element of the package was our access to the Executive Lounge on the 12trh floor. A relatively lavish breakfast was served each morning with a range of hot and cold offerings. The lounge offered hot and cold drinks throughout the day and had a PC with internet acess avaialble at no charge.

It was well maintained, staffed by helpful and professional staff - all of whom spoke perfect English - and offering real value even in light of the fairly steep prices for rooms. WE are already making plans to return to this outstanding Hilton property.

A rare find - a stylish Hilton hotel! Conveniently reached via covered walkway from CPH. Very pleasant hotel reception area/atrium. Room was modern and stylish with a sea view. Large electronic safe - big enough for a standard notebook. TV had wide choice of channels in variouis languages. Good sized bathroom with separate glass-doored shower. Breakfast buffet was standard for a 5* hotel. Staff were English-speaking and efficient. Good choice if you have an early flight the next day.

This hotel located directly at Copenhagen Airport (Covered walkway to Airport) offers great accomodation. The hotel is more of a business hotel than tourist hotel. That said doesnt meen u cant stay here if come here as a tourist but its obvious this is aimed at business people.
Hotel rooms are large, nicely decorated in modern design and all facilities that you will need provided within hotel. Breakfast area is noisy due to its layout but breakfast served is very good (pricy if not included in your roomrate, so beware)
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling and need stay at Copenhagen (Kastrup) airport.

Top Local Tips for Copenhagen
new Metro The new Metro from the airport is excellent, drops you anywhere in the city. Have cash or debit card so you can buy tickets from machines. There are no ticket agents.
Music in churches Look out for lunch-time and late afternoon organ recitals in some beautiful churches. The recitals are free - just give a donation towards the up-keep of the building.
Public transport If you're travelling with young children and are going to spend about a week in Copenhagen do consider buying an all zone pass. It is a large up front payment but buying tickets singly is more expensive and with the pass 1 child under 11 can travel with one adult for free. This pass can take you on the S train (gets you into the city), the Metro, buses and best of all river ferry. It will take you over an extended area and you can get to areas as far out as Roskilde (where the Cathedral and Viking Museum are) for no extra cost.
