Great Location
The Comfort Hotel Esplanaden is in a great location as it is less than 5 mins walk to Osterport train station where you can get to almost anywhere in Zealand. Around the corner there are some shops and restaurants and if you look closely two pubs,one of which sold beer for only £3.50 a pint and believe me that is cheap for Copenhagen. The Hotel also overlooks the grounds to the fortress(Kastellet) and parkland. It is also just a quick walk to the river front from there. All this makes for a relaxing place to stay. The dining room is pleasant enough and the breakfast quite reasonable if you are not too fussy. The rooms at the back dont have any view to speak of but are quite so i would recommend getting a front facing room if posible.I would happily stay there again.
