I booked the Hotel Vienna for one night initially by email and had the booking confirmed by the hotel by email. I then phoned the hotel and the bokoing was confirmed verbally and I was told that it was not necessary to pay a deposit as the room would be held. On my arrival at the hotel at 2330 hrs I was told that my room was not available as it had been sold to another customer. The receptionist did not even show any signs of remorse and just said that it was my fault as I did not arrive before 19000 hrs. I was never told that I had to be at the hotel for 1900 hrs otherwise the room would be sold This meant that I was walking the streets of Teplice after midnight searching for a hotel. I WOULD NOT recommend that any travellers use this hotel as the staff and management have no concept of customer service I have only marked this hotel 1 because zero was not available If you are staying in Teplice use the Prince de Ligne which is a magnificent hotel, if you are on a budget book an apratment at the hotel Richmond which is very close to the hotel Vienna.
