Great location and service!
It is very difficult to find any fault with this hotel. Centrally located but quiet and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was good and free internet access was appreciated.

Lovely hotel, felt very at home here
What a lovely place this was. We didn't eat there much apart from breakfast but we did use the bar and we were more than pleased with our stay. It's really close to Wenceslas Square and is a good base for getting around the city. Staff were very pleasant, rooms were clean and comfy, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice Hotel/VERY Dodgy Neighborhood
We stayed 3 nights last week, and though the hotel seemed a good value, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, "scenic" Wencesalas Square presents a problem. It's the main walking route to and from the hotel, to sights, attractions and public transport and in the evening it presents an unsettling gauntlet of unattractive middle-aged hookers, and annoyingly persistent touts and shills for "cabarets" and casino/dance bars, three of which are now on the same street as this once desirable hotel.
A walk home through the square at midnight had me and a companion face a half dozen touts who simply would not take no for an answer, especially as we continued toward the hotel AND the "cabaret" they was hawking for. One literally folowed us for 5 blocks to the hotel door. Hotel management shrugged it off and suggested we ignore them. I would never stay anywhere off Wenceslas Square again. Superb Hotel
A great hotel with very friendly and helpful English speaking staff - who could wish for more. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable and in a great location for walking around the centre of Prague.
