Cafe Louvre Situated in Narodni 22, Praha 1. A great place where Kafka and Einstein hung out. Good food, not to expensive.

Nevertheless the hotel earned only one star due to bad hygienic standard, the fact that the walls between the rooms are as thin as paper-mâché, some things could be stolen by the people cleaning the rooms and the fact that you coulnd't get any sleep before 4 pm.
To be honest you can put your valuable things into the hotel safe. And you only get your key if you can show a card with your room number. The location of the hotel (Praha 5) is rather cloze to Andel, which is a huge bus depot and a station of the metro. Cloze means in this context a walk of five minutes plus a bus trip of about 10 minutes.
The last metro drives at about 12 to Andel and the last bus at about 5 minutes to 12 pm. The next metro drives at 4 am. Anyway it's clear that you cannot await any kind of luxury due to the prices so it would be only fair to accept the circumstances and better go to the dining room, taking the same things at the breakfast buffet without any fruits and having dinner without any drinks included. But the drinks weren't expensive.
Twice a week the hotel offers a disco in the dining room. To put all in nutshell you could recommand this hotel for people looking for a cheap accommodation to have enough money for evening leisure at bars or Europe's biggest disco (at Karles Bridge). The standard of the hotel could be rated as 1 stars or to tell you the truth any star should be granted instead of the 2 stars of the Czech system.
