Untrustworthy staff
To get to the hotel, you have to climb a small staircase which is located under a bridge to get there. Hotel is also next to a railway bridge...too much noise, no aircon, holes in duvet, no change of towels unless you ask.
We stopped the staff from cleaning our room after two packs of cigarettes went missing, may be a small thing, but dis -honest staff really angers me.
Any one with kids or travelling with elderly, stay away- too many stairs to climb.

A life time experience
Some noise from the nearby passing trains as we had to leave the windows open due to the hot weather; also constraction site near hotel where workers start working early morning and making alot of noice. The train station is near may dusturb during the night. 5/6 Storeys stairs must be climbed up to reach the hotel reception, with a piece of luggage and pushchair, it is very exhausting. Long walk to the tram stop. Restaurant staff can not speak Engish language but only czech. Had difficulties with terrible breakfast as staff didn't know most of the food. Room doesn't get cleaned properly. Bed is of very poor quality. So I won't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Trust me!
