Though I have been at this hotel only a few days, I had time to estimate it. There were advantages and shortcomings as well. I was lodging on the 12th floor, so I had some difficulties with getting to my room, because of the lifts. However the restaurant was great, the staff was polite, as well as the sight in the window!

The staff is very, very impolite. I've been in worse hotels, but have never met so rude staff. They even did not wake me up for the plane. The smell in the lobby and restaurants is very unpleasant. Food is average.
Rooms are ok.

I was there and the people were not friendly. They didn’t do stuff to be fine with me and overall I meet people from bad behavior to angry. When I arrived by my room I found leftovers (that come out of butt) from man who lived here earlier in shower. When I Ask person of clean she didn’t do it only 48 hours later. The food was nice I enjoy. If you are below on budget then I recommended this hotel. Stay away when you are to better comfort used.

I arrived at Hotel Juno late at night. Checked in and was greeted by a nice lady. Got to my room which was nice and clean but basic. Had to get something to eat, so visited the restaurant where a lady said they were full up, but kindly located me to a table. Breakfast was continental styled and wss nice. To get in to the centre of Prague it took 10 mins walk to Stranskica metro and 15 mins into the centre Mustak. I'd recommend this hotel for people on a budget. I will be returning in Sept.
