Errrrrm ... not one to be returned to!

After paying just £60 for 3 nights, we didn't expect the best hotel in the world, however, we did expect a clean and tidy room, something we did not get!!! Aside from this, we booked a double room with ensuite, which, as informed on our booking voucher, meant a room with one large bed. When arrving at the hotel we had just two single beds in an apartment style room with no ensuite and an awful smell of urine!! When complaining that the rooms was not what we requested, we were rudely told that "strange things were written on the internet" Oh and not to mention the glass window in the door which others can see into to along with the fact that the door to the room did not lock from the inside. All in all, an unclean, unsafe atmosphere. Not to be returned!!!

I slept in many hotels, but this hotel was the worst hotel I ever seen.
The toilet was very dirty, and smells terrible! It was impossible to open the windows. What was making the smell of the toilet heavier than ever.
Some drunken guys pee in the elevator. And one time in the morning (something I never will forget) a guy was jacking of himself, in the breakfast room of the hotel. Even for a Million I never will go back!

This hotel was by far the most dilapidated place I've ever stayed in my entire life. The carpet in my room had unmentionable stains, there was no tv, and my towels looked like something out of a 1970s horror B movie. I was afraid to touch anything. We arrived early and put our bags in the storage room...OMG there was what we think were urine stains, a pair of mens shows that had been waiting for its owner for a decade and the carpeting was ripped up from half the floor making it difficult to get our bags into the room. Let's not even mention the smell!!

I feel badly for the receptionist who did her best with the disgusting mess she was left with. She was extremely polite and very helpful-it's just sad that her talents were wasted on a hotel that should be demolished.

Not worth the time or money is the only words I can say! If you like cold tea/coffe and dry hard bread for breakfast then this might be the place for you. Hotel is very tatty, & smelly, staff are not that welcoming either. Photos of the hotel are misleading, hotel no way looks like that! STAY AWAY!!! This is my opinion.

Forget the directions from the tube , took us half hour to find the place, go past hotel duo and look for the dirty blue high rise, good rail link now opened so travel is easy, the accomodation IS basic,(more like youth hostel). If you like bread and spam, orange cordial or cold coffee for breakfast its ok, staff were pleasent exept for resturant manager(abrupt). if you want a place to put head down for the money then go for it, otherwise look nearer the cityand pay more, would I stay again? probably but take a travel kettle with me.

I found the staff very abrupt and spoke very little English if any at all, not helpful, the hotel is in the middle of a dozen if not more tower blocks on an housing estate with no shops within walking distance.

On arriving there was a slight problem with the voucher I had, entitling me to two nights already paid for the hotel. However, the friendlier staff helped me to sort it out. The hotel was very basic to say the least and I'm glad it was only somewhere to get my head down. The hotel is miles away from the centre and we solely relied on taxis, which was expensive at £8-10 each way. Can't say I would recommend this hotel for a weekend away to discover the beautiful city of Prague. :-)

Not bad considering the low price, the only bad thing is the location quite far from the city centre.
