Insulting
I don’t want to rant on much but this was one of the worst hotels I have ever been too. It reminded me of the old soviet union...cold, grey and the staff were very military and...Well...cold!

Very helpful staff!
Overall me and my best friend had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The only downside is that the walk to the metro station (its a bit dark), the square its about 10 mins max on the metro.I found the staff to be extremely helpful (possibly due to the other reviews) with both directions and service. The rooms were sparkling clean and I believe I would definately visit again!

Awful
This hotel is miles from the centre of Prague, the food was bland and the staff were so rude. I advise anyone thinking of going there to definatly not!!!

Ignorent
We were told that this hotel was in the center of Prague yet when we got here we found, to our disgust, that it was over an hour walk from the square. The staff were arrogant & rude and trying to charge us for a sodding chair that was already broken. The food was so-so, but most of all what bothered me was their discrimination and racism towards us due to the fact we are English, where as all other people who seemed to be German were treated with respect ps. my Nan caught flea bites from the pillow and they count the towels. Not recommended for anyone other than good debaters

Service of staff
We were mislead from the start with regards to the hotel. We were told the hotel was based in the heart of the city but when we arrived we realised it was quite far out. The reception staff were terrible, I have travelled round many European Cities but I have never come across anyone quite as rude as these people. A member of our party had her purse stolen in the hotel restaurant. When she reported it to the staff at the reception they did nothing at all and carried on chatting to each other! They were also no help with transport back to the airport which we were assured they would arrange.
