Value for money, not for sleep

There is an annoying "tak tak tak" sound coming from a machine nearby the ground floor (it not seems to be te elevator as it keeps sounding along the night, maybe is the boiler / water pressure system) all the time. Besides that there is the sound from the refrigerator from the next room all the day and the reception door opening system by night.
The cleaning is not their best (some hairs all over the room and a pubic hair in the fridge), and the shower moving wall was very hard to close.
Some employees are ok, others only show antipathy (like the "nazi" woman from the breakfast service). The breakfast is not high quality (ham and sausage mediocre) but the muesli cereals safe the meal.
I was afraid about service stealing things from the room and I did never leave camera or phone in the room (even when going to the breakfast). Still, I never noted anything moved ( I left some objects in strategical positions to see that).
Overall, for the price (30 euro night with breakfast) it worth, but ask for higher floors to avoid disturbing sounds.
