Hilton Prague ruined our honeymoon!
My husband and I have no likes about this hotel aside that it was convenient. They were expensive and poorly decorated. My husband and I went there for our honeymoon and the staff knowing that, they 'upgraded' us from standard to deluxe. Throughout the whole stay we had there, every single day we were there we were awaken by loud thumpings and knockings and it wouldnt stop till 5pm. At the end of our stay when checking out, we had asked them for a copy of the bill and they told us that they couldnt and we can get the bill online since we booked it online. I am SURE that I had asked him if there were any extra charges and the receptionist said no. The next thing you know when we are back to New York, we see a $900 charge on our credit card that was done the day AFTER we left the hotel. How sleazy was that???? so when we called them to get the bill settled, we called the 1800 number of the Hilton Hotels and they tell us that we need to call Prague because they have centralized boo...Read more
