Excellent !
Service excellent - staff couldn't be more helpful. Breakfast very good with wide choice. Very clean everywhere. Location is fine - just a few minutes walk from the Old Town Square, or a tram stop. Decor clean and modern - and our room was very well equipped - with even an umbrella for dealing with the inevitable rain.
I am using the free computer facilities to write this review. We particularly appreciated free internet access, as it meant we could quickly find information about the city and facilities without hunting down guide books etc.
People like to hear some criticism - so here is the only thing I can think of that could be improved. The coffee at breakfast is indifferent - however that seems to be true of coffee throughout Prague!

The hotel was excellent great service went as a group of about 20 sight seeing. Very Close to shops and the old town with great shops. I was unhappy that it doesnt have a pool but it was a great hotel with a sabai massage studio. Rooms Are a great size with amazingly clean facilities. Prague was glorius great city for shopping jus alot of unexpected graffiti with it bein a city. Food outside the hotel isnt excellent but food inside the hotel was lovely all cooked fresh. Beautiful modern hotel all glass and marble and i would love to go back there sometime in the future..:-)
