What a dissapointment!!

The hotel isn't what was promised. The rooms and restaurant were not clean. No clean towels and sheets were provided. The furniture, chairs, curtants were broken and dirty. The staff, friendly, didnt' speak german or englich accept for one lady. The toilet was broken, the beds and sheets to small etc. When you are looking forward staying in a hotel under nice circumstances, don't book this one. It is not suiteable for children and elderly. It's almost impossible to reacht the lake. Everything is old, dirty and with no comfort at all. One positive thing. The people we think try there best, but, first they need to change clothes en dress up a little bit. It isn't good for the appetite to be served by a guy who is a little bit smelly and who never seems to change his clothes. (old jeans, sweaty T shirt, old shoes etc.) But actualy he represents everything in the hotel. To bad.... Also, the park with bungalows, don't book them also. Everything is old, not working like it should be and not suiteable fot children. Really.
