The only one good point of the hotel is that it is only 10 min walk to the town centre. Apart from that it is not worth staying there. Rooms aren't cleaned at all, towels aren't changed, and the same bed clothing and anything is done for cleanliness. Bathroom has only tube, not a shower, and is dirty, with a mould on the edges of it! It is even disgusting to stand in the tube.
The service - there is no service apart from one lady in the welcome day. She offers taxi from hotel to the airport at the last day of your holiday for price more than normal taxi costs, but the taxi occurs to be not a taxi but her boyfriend with his car!!!
Very disappointed, keep away from this hotel
We stayed here last month with our two children. We were given a two bed-roomed apartment, which was ideal, because we had a chance to get some peace and quiet after they went to sleep!
The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and we had a lovely view from some of the windows. Breakfast was just downstairs. The children had fruit and musli and we had bagels.
The staff were all English speaking and were very helpful (unlike many of the "service" people we came across in Prague). They made a real effort to make us feel at home and spent quite a while in the office helping us to plan the next leg of our journey.
