As I had an 'working weekend' lined up, I booked over 2 weeks in advance for our 'supposed' Queen Size double room. Imagine my dismay, when tired from a 2 hour mountainous trip and 4 months pregnant, we were kept waiting over an hour PAST the 2pm check in time and then were 'ushered' to a Studio flat - which had pin-mould on the ceiling and skirting boards and cracked bedroom plaster! WE complained to the manager that this was NOT what was shown on the web-page nor what we booked, who replied'If you dont like it, you can go elsewhere!". Another couple, next to our STudio, also told us they had had the same bad treatment. Bad show Minotel - I am surprised at you listing this hotel as one of your franchises, its 2 star at best - in quality and service!
