Disappointed!

After a 10 year break this was my second trip to the hotel. I was very disappointed as the place seemed sadly neglected, the outdoor swimming pool, which was supposed to be heated by solar panels which were hidden behind heavy foliage, was far too cold to swim. The heated indoor pool was empty as the hotel was saving water! Breakfast was reasonable but the evening meal left much to be desired. The staff were polite, but distant and I left with my memories of 10 years earlier being shattered.

I had such a great time. The rooms were lovely, the staff was kind and friendly and the breakfast was perfect! I believe that the breakfast is worth 9 stars.

This was our second visit. A better base than the tourist swamped coast, in quiet location , within walking distance of small town. The FP hotel is well run by delightful owners, and a relaxed atmosphere is created by courteous and friendly staff. Building, somewhat dated, but rooms are up to usual big hotel standard.Amenities good. Ideal base for exploring the Troodos. We plan to return in 2008.

This hotel is not 4 star in fact far from it very worn and should have a complete make over it has in the past had a lot of charm back in the 1950s we are very disappointed.

Forest Park Hotel Cyprus

Fantastic time (Feb 2006) for third year in a row.Rooms well proportioned and adequately furnished with plenty of storage. Meals good, staff give a good and friendly service . For a winter break in a quiet and scenic setting couldn't be better.

Desperatly needs a Facelift!

Just spent New year at Forest Park, Rooms in desperate need of a facelift (very worn and depressing)Had probably the worst Gala Dinner in my life almost inedible only redeemed by the very friendly if not totally efficient staff. WOuld not recommend.
