Capo Bay - a lovely hotel

The Capo Bay Hotel is a 4* hotel in the resort of Protaras, Cyprus. The hotel was fantastic. We were on our honeymoon and got upgraded to a lovely sea view room, and were given fruit, cake and wine. The hotel has lots of facilities, spa, sauna, massage, tennis, scuba diving.
The best bit is the sun bed reservation system which means that you are allocated a sun bed for the whole of your holiday. You are also given beach towels. We could not fault the service.
The room was a nice size, with TV, fridge, crockery/cutlery and a mini-safe. The bathroom was great and the shower was fantastic.
The hotel stands right on Fig Tree Bay and you could not be closer to the beach!

We are booking to go back for our 5th anniversary.

Excellent hotel for families & couples.
The staff is very friendly and the rooms very spacious and always very clean.

Top Local Tips for Paralimni

Easter weather Several locals told me that it ALWAYS rains in Cyprus in Easter week. It did while we were there (although only short April showers).

Diva - Flambe Restaurant You must go to Diva the food is fantastic, they serve wonderful flambe food. You can actually watch them cooking the food before they bring it to your table. If you are not keen on Flambe food they also have a big variety of foods on their menu. It is a very large restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Outside they also have an enclosed space with toys for young children to play with so you can relax more whilst eating.

Eating out There are plenty of restaurants in Protarus now. It has become very commercialised over the last few years. Loads of restaurants to choose from, food prices about the same as at home,
