A really good Hotel

Arrived after dinner had finished at 9pm but we were welcomed with an orange drink and in the room we found sandwiches a drink and some fruit.
The rooms are not the largest we have been in but they were one of the cleanest. The towels were changed daily and the sheets every couple of days, even the day before we left.
Woke up in the morning to a blue sky and a nice view of the pool and the sea.
At breakfast we found everything from fruit and porridge to a full English breakfast. Coffee on tap from the machines spread around the dinning room. Whatever time we came down we could always find a table inside or out.
Lots of sun beds round the pool together with lots of activities provided by hard working animation team.
Lunch could be a Chinese or more simple fair in the pool bar. The air condition restaurant was also available for a larger selection of good food with plenty of Choice.
The evening meals were also first class with the meat in the carvery falling off the knife, plenty of choice.
Evening entertainment was good and bingo was fun for those who wanted to play.
You dont have to queue for the all inclusive drinks, waiters cannot wait to refill your glass and dispose of the empties.
We both really enjoyed our two weeks away and plan to return in May 2008 with the in-laws.

Have stayed at this hotel for 14 years. It is our other home! On our first visit we were allocated this hotel and we seen no reason to try out other hotels. At first we had usual annual 2 weeks but when we retired we stayed for 3 months. Christmas and New Year are really SPECIAL. Our grandchildren loved it and rate it the best holiday of their lives. We got to love Paphos so much we are now planning to sell our home here and buy a property in Paphos. Over the years we have made a lot of wonderful friends of many Nationalities. There is something for everyone at this hotel. The food is wonderful, varied menus every evening. Yes the odd one has found reason to complain but they soon realise they are in the minority. All the staff are friendly, caring, anxious to attend to your every need. Management are really lovely. From the day you book your holiday at the hotel you feel their friendship We book directly and when we speak to a member of staff we can feelr their friendship straight away. On arrival it is like being met by close family. Our rooms are welcoming and it is then great to go to the various social areas and renew friendships with our many friends from previous years. The Animators work so hard to make our stay an enjoyable one. Their Shows may be seem familiar but with a turnover of members a new face can bring a new dimention to the sketch. One must remember that not everyone is a returning holiday-maker, Bingo is a great laugh but great when you win. The activities are many and when you win you receive a Diploma that evening. Not only that but you ladies get kissie kissies from the male animators and the males get kissed by the lovely girls. Now and the a chap gets threatened he'll be kissed by a male Animator. All so delightfully done. Some evenings outside Entertainers come and do just that. Line Dancers were a big attraction. They were a group of ladies who were fund raising for a Paphos Hospice. Their ages ranged from youngisg to 82 years. They were really worth watching. I could write a lot more but the best thing to do is BOOK YOUR NEXT HOLIDAY AT THIS HOTEL and experience it all first hand.

We have been going to this hotel for 6years and returning next year we have come to class all the staff as part of our family they all work hard to make your stay enjoyable you will not want to go home there is a bus stop outside hotel one bus will take you to the harbour and there is one that will take you to the market if you dont want to walk if you walk there are lots of shops and bars going down by harbour there is McDonalds pizza bar and a good fish and chips shop if you want to spend the day out of hotel

My husband and I first visited the Phaethon in 1999 on honeymoon. We have been back every year at least once ever since and are due to go back again in November 2006. We have found, over the years, that the service has been and remained outstanding. The rooms are beautifully clean (having been refurbished a couple of years ago), the maid service excellent but the thing we like the very most are the staff - it's like going home to your family, they are so friendly and welcoming. The only disappointment over the last few years has been the evening entertainment (in-house shows). These have been the same for the last six years! I do understand that some new shows are being introduced this year and look forward to seeing what they have on offer this time. If you have never been to Cyprus before and you choose Paphos as your holiday resort, I would recommend the Louis Phaethon Beach without hesitation. I hope you enjoy your stay(s) as much as we do.
Fantastic all inclusive

Stayed here in June 06 for one week, very short transfer time from small local airport. Rooms were small but very good and clean. Excellent daily maid service, even tucked our younger sons teddy in every morning! Lost the electricity to our room one day, hotel engineer appeared within 10 mins, he couldn't fix the problem their and then. And the next day they appeared to have another go to no avail so we were offered another room with a sea view! Within walking distance of a Waterpark. But a bus/taxi ride from local town but this meant hotel itself didn't suffer from nightlife noise. Excellent facilities at hotel with a shop, good front desk service. And separate water sports facility on beach just off hotel grounds. Good outside pool with animation team/lifeguards and pool activities. The all inclusive meals/drinks were excellent and couldn't fault the food at all. Loved this hotel and would thoroughly recommend and the hotel chain to anyone with a family. If I was going to the eastern med again Id definitely look for one of these again. Only black mark was tour operators recommended hire car company not the best one around. Top tip take 5 mins to walk around the car park to see the standard of hire cars and then choose the company you'd like to hire from. Again great hotel, good location, excellent staff, fantastic value for money. Couldnt fault the hotel itself. Just choose your hire car company carefully.
Animation team are great. so was f+b manager, housekeeping.

Housekeeping staff were extremly friendly. F+B manager was always smiling and interacted with me during my stay and was very welcoming. The animation team are all a credit to the company, work well as a team and made sure I had a fantastic holiday.

I have been to this hotel twice and i'm going back this year. This hotel is great the quality of food is excellant the quantity is never ending. Lhe local drink is weak but if your all inclusive just order doubles it's all paid for already. The staff are nice and friendly the never stop working. The rooms are spacious and clean. i would reccomend this to anyone of any age, especially families.
