We have just returned 2 weeks at this hotel. Our room on the 3rd floor was overlooking the tennis courts and the sea. We had the sun on the balcony from sunrise to midday and nice shade for the hot afternoons. We had heavy rain for the first few days in Paphos and heavy snow up in the troodos mountains but it changed to very hot by the second week. The hotel is in a great position 30 minutes stroll to the harbour or by bus every 15 minutes. The rooms are clean and a good size . The first impression of the restaurant we had at breakfast was of a works canteen, tables without tablecloths, but this was transformed for dinner at night into a top class dinning room serving a good selection of food. The Bar staff were "Excellent" very smart and polite
The animation team were active all the time with games and quizes most of the day. At night there was Show Time with music and dancing also Special Artists brought in.
The only problems were at the weekend when we had parties of locals......

We have just come back from our second visit to this hotel which is excellent in most areas. The food is fabulous, the views are fabulous, the staff are helpful and pleasant. The hotel was clean and the bedroom was serviced regularly. Plenty of clean towels and bedding. Faults were fixed quickly after reporting. The only comment I would make is that the bedrooms are looking tired and could do with a makeover. We will definitely go back to the same hotel. The locals are very friendly and helpful and the island is english friendly. Everyone speaks english and even drive on the same side. We even tried car hire this time.
A wonderful holiday all around. Can't wait to go back.

We went to the hotel to get married. We were in a big group of adults and kids the wedding was handled without any problems and it was the best day ever all the staff came to see us we felt like royalty. The rest of our stay was excellent. The entertainment team were the best!

We were attending a wedding recently and stayed at the Louis Imperial Beach Hotel, Cyprus. Although I personally did not have my room ransacked, unfortunately the Bride and Groom did. There was a large amount of money and belongings taken and to say they were devasted is an understatement. However, no apologies were forthcoming from the management on duty at the hotel that evening and in fact the manager raised his voice telling our friends to keep quiet so that other holiday makers at the hotel would not hear. It was definitely an inside job with previous staff who spoke broken English, suddenly suffering from Amnesia unable to speak a word of English. Furthermore, staff entered our room approximately 3 times a day unannounced, which made it very difficult to gauge when they were going to turn up next, which is not something we have encountered elsewhere and our balcony window was forever left open wide by the cleaning staff. Overall, our very expensive holiday, turned out to......

Room was ransacked by thieves, cash, ipod and video camera was taken. The cleaner knew the 2 people involved and although spoke to us all week could not speak English when the police turned up. The manager was totally un-interested and even suggested we had done it ourselves, even though their own maintenance guy said he saw someone trying to climb out of the window. The police promised to come back the day after with a crime report and have never appeared again and we now have even thought that they were part of the gang because there is no record of the incident anywhere. If you use this hotel please beware because it has totally ruined our holiday, and not even an apology.
