This hotel is in a great spot over looking the sea. We have stayed at the Cynthiana 3 times now. We found the bus stop a bit far due to bad legs so we always rent a car. As you can get around Paphos as lots to see and do. View over the sea beautiful from our room. Staff very helpful.
We have found hotel clean.
Stayed at the Mayfair 2 times but like this one best. Found this hotel good value for money. That is why we are going next year

One of the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed

We have just returned from a wonderful week's holiday at the Cynthiana Beach Hotel. It's probably the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in with amazing attention to detail. This certainly is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The accomodation was perfect: beautiful room, beautiful view, truely wonderful staff. However, (this may be an advantage for some people), the hotel is not close to the city centre (if you want to shop or eat out), so you have to take a cab, or tha local bus (cheap option) or rent a car.
Our days were generally spent soaking up the sunshine and reading our books on the extremely comfortable sun-loungers. It was very difficult to concentrate on reading as it was so tempting to just look up and stare at the breath-taking views. The best part of the day was definitely sitting outside by the beach bar with a chilled beer while watching the sunset. Paradise.
If I was to return to Cyprus - no doubt I would stay here at the Cynthiana. My wife and I had the most wonderful, relaxing, fantastic 7 days there! Highly Recommended!!

Hi, I stayed in this hotel and was dissapointed. The only good thing about this hotel is a nice view. The rooms are not so clean. In the standard rooms you don't have enen a soap for the shower, make sure to buy one...The hotel deserves 2 stars. The building is old maybe 70s...
The food also not a lot to choose from.

We spent another fantastic holiday at the Cynthiana Beach Hotel. What to say more about this hotel... fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. The views of the sea are amazing, the hotel is so peaceful and has many facilities, spacious pools, poolside bars. And the staff... lovely, friendly, professional and extremely helpful as always (look for Irene). The rooms are always clean and the food is always great.
We keep returning to this lovely hotel every year. We would recommend this wonderful hotel for a memorable holiday.

Elephant rent a car Try these guys out! They remembered me from a previous holiday and gave me a special rate too

BARTER WITH TAXI DRIVERS A few nights we couldnt be bothered with getting bus back and bartered with taxi drivers and got cheap taxi fares back approx £5 Cyprus pounds which isnt bad and that was from pahos harbour and Coral Bay
