my wife cathy and i stayed at hotel for 3 weeks and we have to say it was one of the best holidays we have ever had, we were here last year and the entertainment was rubbish but this year we have to say it was greatly improoved, this hotel catters for all ages and you get a chance to meet some really nice and friendly people, the hotel management are really good to get a long with as all bar staff and cleaners are, we really enjoyed the 2 boys entertaining us in the day time with activities they had fantastic sense of humour and thru them met many new friends, the one downer me and my wife had was the air conditioning in the main dinning hall you no sooner sat down for your meal and the sweat was pouring out of you but this was down to people opening the windows by their tables which effects the air con, i will be returning to this hotel next july as i think i found a wonderfull place in cyprus and was able to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings thanks to all the team from...... Just returned from Ascos Beach, staff nice and friendly, rooms cleaned regularly. Food often cold, especially breakfast and evening meal. Entertainment not very good, Bingo every night! Not much opportunity for dancing if you like that sort of thing. Two good entertainment acts. Quiz, and also roulette table, cards and no entertainment on Sundays. Nice quiet hotel, plenty of sun beds, lovely pool and relaxing area. Shame that the entertainments team did not take comments seriously. Would not return there as did not think it matched up to what was portrayed in the brochure. Shame as it has potential.

Friendly staff always smiling nothing too much trouble just ask and they get what you want. The food we found was a very good selection we like the seperate dinning area at night. Dress code applies. We were here 3 years ago and we think the idea of the waiters and waitress getting your drinks for you instead of queing at the bar is much better this time. The pool is cleaned daily and so are the rooms. The entertainment could have been better, but the girls did their best overall. We enjoyed our stay and will go back again.

We booked a holiday at this hotel on the advice of Thomas Cook as a 21st birthday present for my son and his girlfriend. Whilst we enjoyed Cyprus the hotel and the service from Thomas Cook was nothing short of dreadful. Where do I start? The room - mosquito infested, stinky with torn curtains and bedspreads, mould throughout the bathroom, wallpaper peeling, airconditioning that didn't work and dirty The hotel - passageways that were just plain filthy, lifts that didn't work, amenities that were broken and the reception staff - don't you dare say you are unhappy because you will get told off. The food - breakfast that consisted of watered down juice, stale pastries, scrambled egg that had to be sliced, cereal that resembled cardboard ... despite having paid half board we ate out thereafter. Thomas Cook - told them we wanted to be moved asap - three weeks later they have still to come near us. To be fair don't think the airhead who is the rep had ever got passed the...... Read more
