Very nice hotel facing the sea. Most excellent food and good entertainment that is not brought into your face during evening meal.
The only minus was there was no free wireless Internet access. One had to buy an access code to go online and there was only access in the louge, not in the room or near the pool.

The room was great, all the hotel was clean, service was brilliant.
The standard of food was very high. All meals were Buffet, Breakfast was standard selection between Ham/cheeses etc thro to eggs, bacon and various cereals. The evening meals were superb.. including the salad bar, there was 3 or 4 main meals available every evening, plus soup and a good selection of desserts.
The cleanliness generally was very good.
The staff were very friendly and certainly the bar-staff were a great laugh.
In a lovely location, near the beach and with a good choice of Bars and shops nearby.
Very enjoyable and nice Holiday.

Stayed at the Arsinoe Hotel for the fourth time. Returning this year. Can't complain. Rooms adequate. Food great. Staff very friendly. Don't usually check out the entertainment as we like to go out at night for a walk. Pools ok. Problems are sorted without any bother. Looking forward to June.

Got back from another amazing holiday at the arsinoe last month. It was me and my families 4th trip to the arsinoe and didnt let us down. It is a beautiful hotel with an amazing loving atmosphere, the rooms we had were in the newer part of the hotel which are clean simple and fore fill every need you would want during your stay. Being only 16 and my brother being 12 we need amusing because we get bored easily and at the arsinoe that was never the case my brother joined in on games of killer pool and darts, etc run by the hotel while I sunbathed with my mum and dad in the very attractive pool area at the back of the hotel which offers plenty of sun beds and umbrellas which can be used free of charge! We ate breakfast in the hotel which catered for everyone cereal, toast, and warm food as well which varied. Lunch is also served by the hotel which was usually a buffet but you could also choose from their lunchtime menu offering sandwiches chips and salads amongst other things. The evening meal was also a buffet it wasn't always amazing but you could always find something to suit you.
In the evening the hotel usually had some entertainment going eg karaoke but if not the bar staff found some way of entertaining you must mention them George Yiannis, Andreas, Toni, Lambross and Harris lots of love to you all! Over all it was an amazing holiday and we are sure to return next year xx

Hotel had a night club so was worried about noise, however our room was well away from it so it was very quiet. However, can be noisy if you are right over it.
Our room was huge with a King size bed and space for another though not all rooms were this big. The furniture was a bit tatty and the bathroom very small but immaculate. The air-conditioning in the room had to be on full to feel any benefit and was very noisy. Even when left on for hours on end it never got cooler than 23 degrees centigrade. All rooms have free satellite TV with a few English speaking channels including BBC World. Full size fridges are available for hire for 5 Cypriot pounds per week and there is a super market right next door to the hotel should you need it.
The hotel has 2 completely separate pool areas. Pool 1 was a little run down albeit clean, but it was very quiet here with plenty of shade. You could stroll down here at 11am and still get a (free)sun bed whereas at pool 2 (and obviously newer pool) unless you were prepared to get up at 6.30 and bag your bed, forget it!!! Pool 2 also had very little shade.
Lunchtime snacks were available at pool 2 which meant a trek through the vast lobby if you were at pool 1. Although the hotel had air-conditioning throughout all public areas, it was not used enough and the heat was oppressive, particularly in the evening.
Breakfast was served in the non-smoking cafeteria and usually the air-conditioning was turned on here. It was clean and the food choice was good and included full English. However the tables had no cloths or cutlery you had to get that for yourself. Also all tables had bins for putting your rubbish in which is OK providing no one else has used it already! Alternatively you could eat breakfast outside by pool 2 (you even got table cloths here!) but as this was the smoking area, we tended to stay indoors. Be prepared to feed the cats that come begging if you eat outdoors!
In Cyprus, it seems to be the norm to have separate dining rooms for breakfast and dinner and this hotel is no different. During our stay the main dining room was being renovated so dinner was served outside by pool 2. The pool was lit up and the water fountain and waterfalls switched on so it was very picturesque, however they did not segregate the smokers from the non-smokers and this spoilt many a meal for us. That said food choice was quite good. I am a very fussy eater but I always managed to find something to eat!
Hotel had an Internet room however the computers were out of order more than they were working. Evening entertainment was very poor and at best 3 times a week. Three times a week you had live music over dinner while you ate which is fine for the hour you are there but!.....the singer would then move to the (indoor) bar at 9.30pm and sing until around 11.30pm. We spend 50 weeks of the year indoors in the UK, and I for one, like to sit outdoors when I go abroad and not be cooped up in some smoky indoor bar!!
Beach is right opposite hotel though it is a bit stoney. A few shops and bars just yards away. Bus stop also right outside hotel which will take you into Limossal old town. Good water park 20 mins bus ride away.
On the whole this is not a bad hotel and the staff are very friendly.
