Service below standard
Although the hotel was very nice and excellant position - the food was below 4 star with very limited options - children menu none existant had to have adult choices - Vegetarian limited to salad and 1 hot meal, but sometimes the pasta had ham mixed in with it.
Bar service in the evening was poor, whether busy or not
Childrens club pretty much non existant, one particular day the children turned up, to be told no club, the lady in charge seemed to spend more time on her mobile!! Good job we had not left the hotel.
We have been to Cyprus many times and this was the worst service we have experienced, the room maids were the only ones with a special mention, as they really knew how to do their job
If they correct their service levels, it is a nice hotel to stay in

Great hotel
I've been coming to Cyprus for the last 13 yrs this hotel is by far the most relaxing and most friendlyiest nicest people and staff I've come across, a real home from home, with disabled kids as we have made most welcome, recommend to all families.
