Staff and owners were exceptional

The rooms were of clean nature compared to many 3 stars I have stayed in this was by far better and cleaner than those. The staff are on hand to help you almost 24hrs a day. Any information you wanted you new who to see. The location was just outside of larnaca main centre so if you are young and want quiet times(to cure that holiday hangover)this is probably one of the better places to visit,although that in mind i would find this hotel suitable for all ages and family. I am just in the process of trying to get myself back there as the cost to stay is reasonable,but unfortunatly flights to larnacacan are pricy.

The rooms are clean and adequate. The food is terible. We booked half board, we were the only ones dining in the evenings, now we know why. We had to eat out. No desserts, they were on sale in the bar as extras. They charged us £5.oo Cyprus pounds for 2 coffees on the day we were leaving. This Hotel should be regraded by all tour companies. It has put me off returning to Cyprus. We had intended to stay in Cyprus for a month this winter, that was why we visited for a week. We shall not be returning

Excellent Staff and Service

We had been on holiday in Larnaca in October 05 and had called into the Mariandy for a drink when we were out a walk and remarked what a lovely hotel it was. When we booked our next annual visit to Cyprus neither of us could remember the name of this Hotel so we ended up booking the Hotel from Hell. I won't go into details about the other Hotel but suddenly I could remember the Mariandy and we telephoned them to see if they had any availability and thankfully they had. We arrived at the Mariandy 30 minutes later and must admit that I have never been so glad so see such friendly faces and a lovely clean enviroment after the last place we had been in. It's great for couples and friends and I would recommend it to anyone. The seaview in the morning is particularly lovely and all the rooms have this view.
