There a road with quite intensive traffic around the hotel. So it would be better to call "island view" "road view".

Freezing cold in communal areas and pool.

I have stayed before several times because of the indoor pool. This time it was not heated! I had to put on my winter coat for meals and could not use the freezing cold communal areas.

Never again!

Dirty rooms, unfriendly staff, indoor pool advertised as heated but was actually cold, cockroaches in the battered bathroom... We loved Cyprus but would never again choose this hotel to stay there.
