We have just returned from a week’s holiday at this hotel.
Billed for its refurbishment and facilities as almost 4 stars, I couldn’t agree less.
It began on arrival when the receptionist could barely bring herself to stop her phone conversation to deal with us & kept us waiting for 10 mins.
The hotel room was shabby and small, there were bits of plaster missing off the walls and the balcony had a huge crack in the wall going to the floor. The bathroom facilities were dire. The only soap provided was in a dispenser and we had to purchase our own face cloths, soap and shampoo. The towels were threadbare and not replaced often. The shower had been put on the wall so that when it was in use the water sprayed onto the floor!
The bed linen was not changed during our stay. And we had to replace the bedspreads ourselves as they were left on the side after housekeeping had been in.

Medium service but some fine staff
The hotel facillites are good, but the service provided by the hotel isn´t good enough. The room cleaning it´s very poor. They only make up the beds, not changing the sheets. Bathroom was never cleaned, and the towels are only changed every 3 days. we left some marks in the bathroom with toot folder, but they stayed in their 5 days!
