Not sure why this hotel is rated as a 3 star on this site, I thought it was closer to a 4 star as the quality would easily match the Olympic Lagoon. The level of service from all the staff was brilliant. They are friendly and attentive.
The hotel and rooms are clean, maid service is every day. I stayed all inclusive with my husband and two teenagers, in a family room which was spacious. We were a little concerned about the food given the all inclusive option but the food was nice, with different dishes each day and a choice of local and international food. The all inclusive option gave us the opportunity of dining in the al la carte restaurant once a week and I must say I was very impressed with both the level of service and the quality of the food.
The children's entertainment is mainly German, although I was informed that if you told the staff that your child spoke a different language they would accommodate, it wasn't an issue for us as my children are both teenagers ... Read more |

My name is Tracy Hopkins and I stayed at the Atlantica hotel a few weeks ago. The entertainment is very German based but the English entertainment I found was excellent. All people do not look but the TMC I believe they are called are excellent providing game shows and excellent shows and singing time. I spoke with two of them and they are excellent Sofia and Sabrina are the most competent staff and looking out for entertainment for all with there array of humour and performing capabilities. Thank you guys for making our holiday an enhanced experience. |
