We stayed in the Nissiana Bungalows as the hotel was fully booked. The bungalows are very basic but clean, the only problem was having to cross quiet a busy road to get to the hotel and facilities, this road is also very dark of a nighttime to be warned.

The hotel itself is excellent and so are the facilities. Nissi Beach is literally a 3 minute walk across the road, perfect.

There are a few bars and restaurants around this area too, but its atleast a 20-25 minute walk into the square and in the heat of July that is not a good idea! Taxis are very cheap though and it takes 5 mins to get to the square.

All in all would recommend this hotel/apartments to people wanting a quiet life during the day but wanting to venture into the nightlife of an evening!!

The hotel was spotless, kept very clean both room and around the hotel. Towels are changed a few times a week and maids attend every day. Staff are very friendly and only to happy to help. Food and drink are both superb, we only stayed bed and breakfast and on the mornings we managed to get there (served 7-10am) you had a choice of eggs,sausage and bacon etc as well as croissants and several different fruits. The facilities are also very good, you can play tennis, table tennis and use the gym all as basic but have to pay for sauna etc. There is also a mini golf thing but this wasn't tried by us.
The only downside is that our room was extremely hot during the night, apparently the air conditioning works if the patio door is closed but this didn't seem to be the case...we usually woke up sweating. Our friends did have a separate room which was quite cool (maybe we were just unlucky). The only other downside is having to pay for the use of the fridge which is a little expensive. We only had water to put in the fridge so didn't actually bother.

The resort is superb, ayia napa being a very busy place. The hotel is situated on Nissi Avenue, almost opposite Nissi Beach, a superb clean and crystal clear watered beach. Plenty of room even when its pretty busy.
Ayia Napa centre (or 'The Square' as its known) is about a 20-25min walk away along the full length of Nissi Ave. You can very easily get a cab though for £4 (cypriot) which is the basic rate for all taxi's.

A thoroughly enjoyable holiday!
