I thought the hotel we stayed in was really good for the money we got a really good deal ... it’s definitely for the younger people! I went with 5 other friends and we had such a good laugh.. The main night life is right by the hotel and the beaches were a 5 10 min walk.. Can’t get any better than that!! And happy hour at the bar of the hotel was the best !! And the staff were lovely !! The food was good and the atmosphere was great. I think we would all definitely go back again!!!!!

just came back from New Famagusta - 9 of us went. It was brill and would recommend it to any one. I am a very fussy lady so am told rooms are basic. Every thing at hand, shops, beach, night life, all of us want to go back and it would be New Famagusta for us.

I stayed at this hotel in June 2008 for a week with the girls and we loved every minute of it! The rooms are very clean and basic which was exactly what we wanted, and the maids come everyday, cleaned, made our beds and even tidied our clothes! When we arrived the staff were very friendly and we were shocked to see such a lovely hotel as we wernt expecting much as it was cheap! If we needed anything at all, anytime of the day or night there was a phone in every room, where we could press 0 and a maintenance man would be to our room wihin 5 minutes! The pool was very clean and there were enough sunbeds for us all to lay on! We didn't eat at the hotel everyday, purely because we didn't eat much at all!, When we did eat, there it was reasonably priced, 7euro for burger+chips+drink, and it was a nice eating area and food was very good! The bar staff were also very welcoming and friendly :-D ... had happy hour everyday on cocktails and long drinks! and also had karoke and a bbq on some...... Read more

Rooms clean and basic. 1 bed app very spacious. Second time to this hotel came in 2005 and this time seemed better, location excellent. Pool very clean. Some noise early hours but not a problem. Bar girls superb. Will visit again.

I went to the new Famagusta hotel in a group of 4 girls. Well what can I say... amazing! The waitress was great and very friendly, food was nice and the fresh orange juice was great for the many hangovers. Got back to the hotel at about 5am one morning and they were more than happy to make us some food. We were allocation on arrival and were quite worried about where we were going to be put but shouldn’t have been, we got one of the new apartments in the white block, nice and clean with everything you need. If you want your towels to be changed hang them back up otherwise the maids won’t touch them. Was fine after we realised this though. I would not recommend staying in one of the older blocks though. Definitely take a trip to Nissi beach when your there but get their early, great selection of waterspouts to choose from and the Napa bungee jump is amazing!! The rep was friendly and showed us all the places to go, definitely have to try the foam party at ice! Great fun! And the...... Read more
