Check ferries for transfers from Rijeka We did the outward trip on a bus from Rijeka airport (arranged by hotel, but a public service). There's and ecellent, very cheap, ferry service from Rijeka itself (bus from airport into town) to Mali Losinj which is a bus/taxi ride (20 mins max). It's not a lot quicker but visits half a dozen islands and on a fine day is a great trip. 6am return departure though!!
