The 3 stars of the hotel are earned. Good points: no big, new house; very quiet area; garden and from there 5 m to the sea; friendly familary service; very good kitchen; prices handsome; very clean; free car-parking.
not so good:
no lift, (but max. 2. etage); the rooms are exactly so big for only 3 stars.
