Excellent Value
For a 3 star hotel, this was an excellent hotel. The food was very good and plentiful with free drinks every evening. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a wide range of not just continental breakfast items but also various types of eggs and also bacon. The rooms were clean and well appointed and the location of the hotel is wonderful with views over the bay and along the roadway into the village of Rabac. The staff were very accommodating and most spoke English.

Great Value for the Money!
Went with Page and Moy and enjoyed everything about the hotel. As others have said, rooms fine, staff first class plus, Rabac we would happily visit again. Our only problem and hence the 7:10 rather than 9:10 .was that, as 'veggies' who had advised P&M of our preferences, there was no provision for those who did not wish to eat fish or meat. (In fact, for us, the best meal of our Croatia experience was in the restaurant at the Postojna Caves!!).

Hedera Hotel, Rabac
Don't take any notice of the negative comments on this site. This is a brilliant hotel with a huge variety of food and unlimited drinks in the restaurant, which should please anyone. It represents excellent value for money by virtue of its clean rooms and superb location near to the beach. It has all the facilities you could wish for, including tennis courts, crazy golf, trampolines, table tennis and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was entertainment every night. Rabac is an excellent base for many varied excursions (which can be booked in the hotel complex). I'd go back tomorrow !

Fantastic location,Istrian Peninsular, Croatia.
A good all-round holiday experience was provided by the Hedera Hotel, and being Sept. school term conditions prevailed. Superb location in an unspoilt (as yet!) fishing village location.Staff and facilities were first class, rooms clean and serviced daily, and clear English was spoken where it mattered.Organised trips were at reasonable cost, well executed, and tour guides who were locals, certainly knew their stuff.Faint hearts should not attempt the more vigourous trips, and Venice is to be avoided.Dirty, pricey, and overcrowded. The shipping company guide (not Hotel staff), was constant, overpowering, and knew the price of everything and the value of nothing.
9+ out of 10 for Croatia.

Good Location For Beach
Hotel is good value for money. The food is what you expect for price of holiday and a 3 star hotel, only pleased we booked a sea view as the road at the back is not very pleasant and there is no other view, also the higher you are in the hotel the better the view over the beach and along the prom. Try to remember to take your own swimming/beach towel as they do not want you to take the bath towel in the room, and you cannot hire one. We booked by Travelsphere and the Croatian couriers were good on trips and spoke very good English.
