Terrible Staff
Where do I begin...
I´ll start with the positive.. the resort itself looks beautiful.. it´s backing on the sea and has a beautiful landscape, but it was all overshadowed by the service we experienced.. My family is European but we live in North America now and all the staff had something to say about our American accents.. Not only were they all snarky, but I had the advantage of understanding Croatian and hearing things from staff that I wish I couldn´t because it was so uncalled for. The receptionists were of no help and the beauty center staff double booked myself, kicking me out when she had a more expensive client.
A relative asked a waitress where the coffee stand was in the restaurant area, to what she replied, OPEN YOUR EYES! .. completely uncalled for...
As well, they offer a choo-choo train to downtown Poreč and we had been waiting for it for over an hour - once it had arrived it was full and I politely asked the train staff member what he can do to help us get downtown...Read more
